Meet Kevin
Kevin caricatureTwenty years ago, Kevin Snyder found his quiet calling – to patiently do whatever it takes to make a computer feel simple and accessible to everyone.

To help pay his tuition at Moravian College, Kevin accepted a position in the college’s Microcomputer Lab. He calmly helped his fellow students type
"You could teach a stone how to use a computer."
and print their term papers on these strange new personal computers. After his graduation, Moravian hired Kevin full time to help ease the staff’s transition from typewriters to computers. Kevin loved every minute of answering questions and soothing concerns. One relieved staff member said “You could teach a stone how to use a computer.”

In 1995, Productivity Point International hired Kevin to teach software classes for their various corporate clients. Kevin taught Word, Excel, PowerPoint, computer basics, e-mail, internet usage, website design and numerous proprietary software classes. He had a knack for making everyone comfortable, even if they’d never used a computer.

Computer image Kevin has volunteered at CareerLink since 2002. This state-based employment assistance agency provides computer access to clients who are looking for jobs. Every week, Kevin donates a day to help people who have never used a computer create resumes and apply for jobs. He also teaches a variety of workshops to help them improve their computer skills and their chances for employment.

Computer guy Today, Kevin is increasing his private consulting and training through Space Inventors. His clients range from beginners learning the basics to proficient clients who need to increase their efficiency. And Kevin is well-qualified to help them. After all, in the last two decades he has helped college professors, construction workers, students, business owners, homemakers and retirees.

In a nutshell, Kevin has been eliminating computer frustration for over twenty years.
