Working with our computer coach
-
Space Inventors now organizes your electronic files!
Even computers can contain clutter, slowing you down and making it impossible to find anything. Our consultant will show you how to set up your files and folders in a way that makes sense to you. We will even teach you how to search for a lost file or folder when you are working on your own.
Perhaps you are not comfortable using your computer. We can provide individual training that will help you understand how the computer works so you will be able to use it more confidently. Training is available on most common software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail.

We start with a short consultation. If you are currently working with our organizer, we can discuss this during a session; otherwise, please call for a phone consultation. This consultation lasts about fifteen minutes and is your opportunity to tell us the problems you have, what you want to organize, and if you need computer or software training. There is no charge for the consultation.
During this conversation, we will ask you what is working and what is not. It may be beneficial to write down a few of these items before the consultation. This will help us pinpoint the best place to start to accomplish your goals.
Where do I start?

During the personalized session on your computer, we will demonstrate how to set up your files. We will name your existing files and folders so they make sense to you. At each step, we make sure you understand the changes. Software training is also done on your computer using your current projects.
You do not have to show us all of your files and folders. We respect your privacy. Once you learn how to manage your information, you can apply our techniques to other files and folders.
Electronic organizing or computer training sessions are scheduled for a minimum of two hours.
Our time together will be fun, stress-free and rewarding. With our help, you will learn how to make your computer work for you.
Meet Kevin, our patient and professional computer consultant.
